Since these pavers have been designed by the promoter company having vast experience in field execution of numerous microsurfacing projects in a variety of field, weather and material conditions and using machinery made by companies from across the world, the best of the features and most simple running interface has been provided in our machines to ensure fine mixing and laying of Microsurfacing and Slurry seal mixes. The special emphasis has been put on real time monitoring of precise dosing of each component to ensure consistent mix quality.

 

Apart from PLC based automated sequencing, special provisions have been done for electronic over-ride and control of dosing of each components to ensure real time control of mix consistency in quick changing weather conditions.

 

TMS-10K is a paver with a difference as it provides simple user interface with advance features for ease of use. Some next generation features include electronic additive dosing system, simple yet powerful spreader box, chemical resistant paint coated pipelines, stainless steel additive tank, Stainless steel emulsion dosing pump, anti-scratch coating on aggregate bin etc apart from pneumatically operated valves and system integration. With user friendly electronics, option is available for real time monitoring of running parameters.
